Our state-of-the-art plant in Shah Alam gives us the production capability to produce high quantities of top quality products at a rapid rate and highly competitive costs. It is one the many advantages our OEM customers, such as Rubbermaid, reap from our long relationship and many years of collaboration.

As in all modern industry, the role of machinery plays an important part in our company. Our investment in high-tech machinery allows us to produce a wide variety of plastic products, with very demanding quality and short cycle time. We have recently invested in another 21 units of Japanese and Korean Electric Machines complete with Japanese servo motor Robot Arms as of March 8th 2008 to further boost our production capabilities. We are also expanding our Toolroom Department which we started in 1979, by bringing in new Japanese CNC Machines.

We also bring in leading industry experts to expose our people to new technologies, concepts and processes. At the same time, we encourage everyone in our organisation to explore and acquire new knowledge on their own. This is a continued application of the kaizen philosophy we adhere to throughout the company.
